HOW LONG CAN I KEEP A BATH SALTS BEFORE USING IT?

Store your bath salts in a cool area. This helps make sure no moisture gets into the product. It always recommended to use the bath salts sooner than later.

DO I HAVE TO USE THE WHOLE BAG?

The quantity of the bath salts are completely up to you. Use however much you are comfortable using. You can also request extra add ons for a small fee, such as extra dried orange slices or rose petals, just email us!

DO BATH SALTS IRRITATE THE SKIN?

Our bath salts should not irritate the skin, however always know and test what works for your skin before use. As we use fragrance oil, please use caution. Bath salts should not be used on irritated or damaged skin.

ARE BATH SALTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?

We are very transparent on the ingredients we use for our products so please consult your doctor before use!

ARE BATH SALTS MOISTURISING OR DRYING ON THE SKIN?

Our products not only smell amazing, but also contains sweet almond oil, therefore being very moisturising on the skin.

DO YOU BATH SALTS STAIN THE TUB?

Our products have been tested and have not stained the bath tubs as we use no dyes within our products, however if this occurs due to oils in our products, regular cleaning products and a bit of scrubbing will remove any residue that may be left over.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any refunds/exchanges.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details as we've already started processing your order.
