We can also deliver locally within a 2 mile radius of Barking & Dagenham for orders with a minimum order of £7. Products can also be picked up with a 48 hour notice from:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Due to our products being handmade, this may take up to 1-3 business working days before shipping. Products will not be shipped on Saturday - Sunday. You will receive a shipment notification email once your package is shipped. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, Serene Spells has no control after handing your shipment over to the carriers and is not responsible for lost packages.

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

Unfortunately, you cannot refund or exchange our products.
